Job Descriptions:
We are seeking a results-driven Email Marketing Specialist to develop and execute effective email marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement, brand awareness, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of email marketing platforms, campaign automation, and performance analytics.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including promotional, transactional, and automated lifecycle emails.
- Create compelling email content, in collaboration with design and copywriting teams.
- Segment email lists based on customer behavior, preferences, and engagement.
- Implement A/B tests to optimize subject lines, CTAs, layouts, and sending times.
- Ensure compliance with email laws and best practices (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
- Monitor and report on campaign performance (open rate, CTR, conversions, ROI).
- Manage integrations between email platforms and CRM or eCommerce systems.
- Maintain and clean mailing lists to improve deliverability and engagement.
Preferred Skills :
- Knowledge of customer journey mapping and funnel optimization.
- Familiarity with A/B and multivariate testing strategies.
- Graphic design experience (Adobe Creative Suite or Canva) is a plus.
